We believe that it takes a passionate educator to shape young minds. That is why we have carefully chosen our teachers according to their capacity, ability, and love for teaching young children.
Our teachers are the main strength of the school. They teach, evaluate, relate, and care. Their communication with parents is the key to effective education. We value them daily, support their decisions, and give them our respect and encouragement.
All Tomorrowland Academy teachers meet or exceed the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Licensing requirements. All staff members including the director, lead teachers, assistant teachers, and floaters have completed required coursework in early childhood education, criminal background clearance, TB test, and first aid/CPR certification. Most of our staff members have minimum 10 years of experience working with young children, while some have over 5 years. Every year, the director, teachers, and assistant teachers must complete a required number of continued training hours for early childhood education and First Aid/CPR certified.
If you want to know more about our teachers and facility, you can Schedule a Tour so we may discuss matters personally and show you around our campus.
